Havana Cooler

As the center of Cuba, no Cuban night would be complete without an honorary drink to Havana! Actually, the Havana Cooler is an easy enough drink to make. All you need is:

• 1 [small] bottle of ginger ale

• 1 sprig of mint (fresh)

• 1 jigger of Bacardi rum

You then put the Bacardi and mint in a glass with (crushed or whole) ice-cubes and add enough ginger ale until you have a refreshing drink.
